Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables graduated with honors from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She is a graduate of the BA degree in Theater and Communication. Upon moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater and choreographing for more than two dozen musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. In addition to continuing her studies in the art of improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television as well as in films. She has a unique voice and her small size makes her able to play a variety of characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts' evil Samara from The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly had a role as the main character on TV Land's The Exes in which she was the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the day. In addition, she was Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She is known for the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animations. These include the cult show Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In the last few years, she has been seen as the dim but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. Her private life is one that is quite quiet, with her two sons under the age of five. She enjoys sewing and write and volunteers for various school functions.
